Where: sidebar Workflow List → select a workflow → profile table → View A profile is the container for one verification subject — a single vendor, for example. You put documents (items) inside the profile and select Analyze Profile to run the workflow’s playbook.

Creating a profile

Select + Create Profile at the top right of the workflow detail screen.

Create Profile — enter a name and description, and metadata if you need it.

The new profile appears in the table on the workflow detail screen. Deleting a profile requires typing an administrator email to confirm, and it removes the folders, items, and analysis results with it.

The Data Objects tab

Profile detail has two tabs, Analysis Results and Data Objects. Documents are managed on Data Objects. The menu next to a folder name offers Edit folder and Delete folder. Deleting a folder deletes the items inside it and requires an administrator email to confirm.

Adding an item

Add Item — paste text content directly or upload a file. One of the two is required.

A new item starts as PENDING and becomes ACTIVE once text extraction finishes. Text items take a few seconds; images and PDFs take as long as OCR needs. Refresh if the list does not update on its own. The menu on an item card:
If you uploaded an image or a PDF, check the OCR output in the content area of View details. The text you see there is everything the agent reads. When a key value is missing, replacing the document with a cleaner copy works better than rewriting the policy.

Running the analysis

Selecting Analyze Profile queues the analysis and switches the screen to the Analysis Results tab. While it runs, the status badge reads Processing and the score card is empty. The run is blocked, with a message on screen, in these cases: The results screen is covered in analysis results.
