Checks whether the name, date of birth, license number, and serial number on a Korean driver’s license match the records of the Korean National Police Agency. Because the serial number is also checked, both the electronic record and the physical license are verified.
  • Once the source answers, the call is billed whatever the verdict. Calls that do not produce a verdict return 4xx or 5xx and are not billed.
  • The source can take 5–12 seconds to respond. Set a generous client timeout.
