Looks up the taxpayer status of a Korean business registration number with the National Tax Service.
  • This is a registration status lookup, so MATCH in this API means “a business registered with the National Tax Service and currently operating”.
  • Suspended or closed businesses return REJECTED, not a mismatch.
  • A number that is not registered returns MISMATCH and is still billed, because a lookup was made.
  • To also check the representative’s name and the business start date, use GC-KOR-BIV.
