API Request Quotas
Our API applies request limits to ensure stable service delivery and equitable resource distribution. The following limits apply to all API endpoints:The current API usage quotas for the ID Check API are as follows and are subject to change.
The per-second (QPS) figure is currently being recalculated.We will publish it here once analysis and load testing across all customer APIs establish a number we can operate reliably. Until then, avoid excessive concurrent requests, and use the Requesting Increased Quotas process below if you need to process at volume.

If your application requires higher request limits:- Contact our Customer Support Team. Requests will be reviewed, and a response will be provided within 1-2 business days.
