The ID Check API is a solution designed to help enterprise clients manage KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) processes more systematically and efficiently. This API supports seamless integration with existing systems and provides features to securely handle and manage user data.

API Rate Limits

This API allows clients to forcibly insert and submit user ID verification data without going through ARGOS ID verification. It supports string data only. For image data, use the separate `PUT Image API`.

POST/Submission

This API allows you to modify the KYC data of an existing submission. Note that modified data can be further updated but cannot be reverted to its original state.

PATCH/Submission

This API allows you to retrieve ID Check submission data. You can fetch detailed information for a specific submission or filter and retrieve a list of multiple submissions.

GET/Submission (Bulk as list)

This API allows you to retrieve detailed information for a specific Submission ID. It includes KYC identity information, KYC results, AML results, rejection comments and codes, retry reasons and codes, and more.

GET/Submission/submission_id (Singular)

This API allows you to retrieve all submissions associated with a specific `user_id`. It returns all KYC data submitted by the same user ID.

GET/Submission/userId

This API allows you to retrieve all KYC submission data associated with a specific email address. It provides KYC identity information, KYC results, AML results, rejection reasons and codes, retry reasons and codes, and more.

This API allows you to retrieve all KYC submission data. The data includes KYC identity information, KYC results, AML results, rejection reasons and codes, retry reasons and codes, and more.

GET/Submission/list

Use this API to retrieve unique identifiers (`submission_id`) and email addresses of duplicated KYC submissions. Duplications are determined by matching name, date of birth, nationality, gender, and facial data.

GET/Submission/applicantId

This API allows you to permanently delete all information associated with a single submission. Deleted data cannot be restored, and deleted submissions are still billable.

DELETE/Submission

This API allows you to selectively delete specific fields from a single submission data. Unlike complete deletion, you can preserve necessary data while removing only sensitive information, enabling flexible use according to your company's internal policies.

Overview

This event is triggered when a KYC submission is approved. Approval can occur through automated system validation or after manual review. This event indicates that the KYC process has been successfully completed and serves as a signal to initiate follow-up actions such as user account activation or granting service access permissions. 

Approved

This event is triggered when a KYC submission is rejected. Rejection can occur due to automated verification failures, manual review results, or other policy-related reasons. This event allows you to immediately identify the reasons for the KYC rejection and take necessary actions, such as providing feedback to the user or requesting additional information.

Rejected

The webhook will be triggered upon the submission’s initial creation. Additionally, the event will be triggered if it occurs during the retry of the KYC submission process. 

Create and Retry

This event is triggered when previously submitted KYC information is updated. Updates can occur due to manual changes by an administrator or system-driven modifications. This webhook allows you to track changes to KYC data in real-time and take immediate necessary actions.

Updated

This event is triggered when a KYC submission is deleted from the system. Deletion can occur due to manual action by an administrator, automated deletion based on policies, or a user request. This event allows you to detect the deletion of KYC data in real-time and take necessary follow-up actions.

Delete

This event is triggered when new KYC information is submitted to the system. Submissions occur when a user completes and submits a KYC form or when KYC data is transmitted via an API. This event enables you to immediately recognize new KYC submissions and initiate the verification process or perform any necessary initial actions.

Submit

This event is triggered when additional data is injected into the KYC system. It is primarily used for adding or updating specific data types, such as address information. Through this event, you can track the data enrichment process of KYC profiles and update related systems accordingly.

This event is triggered when the results of an Anti-Money Laundering (AML) screening are confirmed. AML screening is a critical component of the KYC process, assessing potential risks of financial crimes. This webhook enables you to receive AML screening results in real-time and take immediate action as needed.

AML Results

Add-on feature enables additional authentication for approved submissions in customer projects. 
Currently, FaceAuth (facial authentication) is supported, and future updates will introduce additional verification methods such as identity documents, official papers, and certificates.
FaceAuth enhances identity verification by comparing the facial image extracted from the submitted ID during the ID Check process with the user's submitted facial image.

The submitted FaceAuth facial image is compared with the image obtained during the previous ID Check. If a selfie image was submitted during the ID Check, it is compared with the FaceAuth image. If no selfie image was submitted, the comparison is made against the ID card image.

POST/Faceauth

An API to retrieve specific submissions or the entire submission list using filters such as authId, startDate, and endDate for efficient data retrieval.

GET/Faceauth

An API to securely delete the facial image and personal data of a specific submission while retaining key metadata such as auth_status and create_time.

DELETE/Faceauth

After FaceAuth verification is completed, the final result (`approved` or `rejected`) is automatically sent to the Webhook URL registered in the existing ID Check project, providing real-time notifications.

Approved (승인)

Rejected (거절)

Submission 이 최초 생성시 created 웹훅이 트리거 됩니다. 그리고 KYC 프로세스 상 retry 가 발생 시에는 retry 웹훅이 발생됩니다.

이 이벤트는 기존에 제출된 KYC 정보가 업데이트될 때 트리거됩니다. 업데이트는 관리자의 수동 변경이나 시스템에 의해 발생할 수 있습니다. 이 웹훅을 통해 KYC 데이터의 변경 사항을 실시간으로 추적하고 필요한 조치를 즉시 취할 수 있습니다.

Updated (업데이트)

이 이벤트는 KYC 제출 건이 시스템에서 삭제될 때 트리거됩니다. 삭제는 관리자의 수동 조작, 정책에 따른 자동 삭제, 또는 사용자의 요청에 의해 발생할 수 있습니다. 이 이벤트를 통해 KYC 데이터의 삭제를 실시간으로 감지하고 필요한 후속 조치를 취할 수 있습니다

이 이벤트는 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) 스크리닝 결과가 확인될 때 트리거됩니다. AML 검사는 KYC 과정의 핵심 요소로, 잠재적 금융 범죄 위험을 평가합니다. 이 웹훅을 통해 실시간으로 AML 스크리닝 결과를 수신하여 즉각적인 조치를 취할 수 있습니다.

AML 결과

Add-on은 고객사의 프로젝트에서 승인된 제출 건에 대해 추가 인증을 수행하는 기능입니다. 현재는 얼굴 인증(FaceAuth)이 지원되며, 향후 신분증, 문서, 서류 등의 추가 인증 방식이 도입될 예정입니다. FaceAuth는 ID Check 인증 과정에서 확보한 신분증 정보와 비교하여 본인 여부를 한 단계 더 검증하는 절차입니다. 신분증에 등록된 얼굴 이미지와 사용자가 제출한 얼굴 이미지를 대조하여 신원 확인의 신뢰도를 높입니다.

제출된 faceAuth의 얼굴 이미지는 이전에 수행된 ID Check의 이미지와 비교됩니다. ID Check에서 셀피 이미지가 제출된 경우, 해당 셀피 이미지와 faceAuth의 얼굴 이미지를 비교합니다. 만약 셀피 이미지가 제출되지 않았다면, 신분증 이미지와 비교가 이루어집니다.

특정 제출 건 또는 전체 제출 목록을 조회하는 API로, authId, startDate, endDate 등의 필터를 활용하여 필요한 데이터를 효과적으로 조회할 수 있습니다.

특정 제출 건의 얼굴 이미지 및 개인정보 데이터를 안전하게 삭제하는 API이며, auth_status와 create_time 등의 주요 메타데이터는 유지됩니다.

faceAuth 인증이 완료된 후 최종 결과(approved 또는 rejected)를 기존 ID Check 프로젝트의 Webhook URL로 자동 전송하여 실시간 알림을 제공합니다.
