Cuando el estado es pending, se activa el webhook Submit.
  • Approved → Se activa el webhook Approved. El webhook Submit no se activa.
  • Rejected → Se activa el webhook Rejected. El webhook Submit no se activa.
  • Pending → Se activa el webhook Submit.
