# GC-KOR-BIV

> Checks whether a Korean business registration number, business start date, and representative's name all match the records of the National Tax Service.

Checks whether a Korean business registration number, business start date, and representative's name all match the records of the National Tax Service.

* If any of the three does not match, the result is `MISMATCH`. **The source does not say which item did not match.**
* Once the source answers, the call is billed whether it matches or not. Calls that do not produce a verdict return `4xx` or `5xx` and are not billed.
* Additional items such as the company name, corporate registration number, or main business type are not accepted. The source matches these strictly, so a slight difference in notation would make the whole result a mismatch even when the three core items are correct.
* If you only need the operating status (operating, suspended, or closed), use [GC-KOR-BRS](https://developers.argosidentity.com/en/idcheck/unit-api/gc-kor-brs.md).

Values can be added to `verdict` and `verdictReason`. [Reading verdicts](https://developers.argosidentity.com/en/idcheck/unit-api/overview.md#reading-verdicts)

## Billing

The billing unit is `response`, and each call has a `count` of 1. `MISMATCH` is also billed.
