# GC-KOR-ARC

> Checks whether the registration number, issue date, and serial number on a Korean alien registration card match the records of the Ministry of Justice.

Checks whether the registration number, issue date, and serial number on a Korean alien registration card match the records of the Ministry of Justice. **A name is not required.**

* Once the source answers, the call is billed whether it matches or not. Calls that do not produce a verdict return `4xx` or `5xx` and are not billed.
* The serial number exists **only on cards issued in 2011 or later**. Cards issued earlier cannot be checked with this API.

## Billing

The billing unit is `response`, and each call has a `count` of 1. `MISMATCH` is also billed.
